Up to 12 months warranty on applicable refurbishments. Read warranty terms

What is covered.

Warranty cover depends on the type of work carried out and the condition of the wheel before refurbishment.

Powder coated refurbishments

12 months

Covered against corrosion or flaking of our materials, subject to inspection.

Diamond cut refurbishments

6 months

Covered against corrosion or flaking of our materials, subject to inspection.

Crack repairs and straightening

No warranty

Crack repairs and straightening are repair work, not finish refurbishments. Crack repairs are temporary fixes and we always recommend replacing the wheel where possible.

What is not covered.

Some problems sit outside refurbishment material cover, especially new damage, harsh cleaning, or limitations caused by the wheel's previous condition.

  • Stone chips, kerb damage, pothole damage, impact damage, or fresh cracks after the work is complete
  • Damage around bolt holes, the wheel lip, or tyre sealing areas caused by incorrect fitting or external handling
  • Harsh or acid-based wheel cleaners, poor aftercare, or contamination after collection
  • Pre-existing corrosion, previous refurbishments, poor wheel quality, or hidden damage that limits the final finish
  • Tyre, valve, TPMS, balancing, or vehicle issues outside the refurbishment materials and finish

If you need to raise a warranty question.

We keep this straightforward: talk to us, let us inspect the wheel, and we will explain the outcome clearly.

Send photos or speak to the workshop so we can understand the issue before the wheel comes in.
Inspection is required
Warranty claims need to be inspected by Rolling Rims before any decision can be made.
