Our Lease Returns Process

Step 1 - Book or Arrive
You can drop in if you are passing, but booking ahead is best if you want to avoid waiting. If you are working to a hand-back deadline, we recommend arranging the inspection in advance.
Step 2 - Inspection
We inspect each alloy wheel and note any scuffs, corrosion, cracks, bends, or finish issues that are likely to matter before the vehicle is returned.
Step 3 - Report
Once the inspection is complete, we explain what we found and advise which repairs are worth doing before the hand-back date so you can make an informed decision.
