1. Introduction

Rolling Rims Ltd ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website and interact with our services.

2. Information We Collect

When you visit our website and submit a contact form, we may collect the following personal information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number

We use this information to respond to your enquiry. If you separately accept analytics and advertising measurement, we also use the details described below to measure which ads lead to enquiries.

3. Cookies and Consent

a. Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our website. This information helps us improve the customer experience and ensure the site functions properly. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data. You can find Google's privacy policy here: Google Privacy Policy.

b. Cookie Consent (app.cookieConsent): We ask for your consent to use cookies when you visit our website. Your choice is stored in a cookie called app.cookieConsent. Your Accept or Reject choice controls Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and advertising lead matching. Submitting an enquiry does not grant advertising consent. It will remember your choice for one year before expiring.

c. Advertising measurement: After you accept, we store Google ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid) in session storage for the current browser tab. For a successful enquiry, we send these identifiers, the conversion time and hashed email and phone details to Google for ad measurement and bidding. Hashing does not make this data anonymous. We do not use this integration to create personalised advertising audiences. See how Google uses this information.

d. Fathom: We use Fathom for cookie-free reporting on page visits, enquiries and phone-link clicks. We do not send form details or click identifiers in Fathom events.

e. Microsoft Clarity: Where enabled, Clarity helps us understand site interactions after acceptance.

4. Your Consent

Accepting analytics and advertising measurement is optional. Rejecting does not affect our ability to receive and respond to your enquiry. Closing the browser tab clears its advertising session storage.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Use the buttons below to change your choice for future tracking. Withdrawal clears the ad identifiers stored in this tab and reloads the page to stop loaded tags. It does not automatically recall data already sent to Google.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, or if you have any questions or concerns about our Privacy Policy, please contact us using the contact information provided above.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was last revised.
