Up to 12 months warranty on applicable refurbishments. Read warranty terms

Customer notice.

We want the same expectations online as we set at the front desk: careful workmanship, honest advice, and realistic limits where the wheel condition affects the result.

Refurbishment quality depends on the wheel
We carry out every refurbishment to the best of our ability. The final result can depend on the quality, age, condition, corrosion, and previous refurbishment history of the wheel.
Powder coated wheels
Heavily corroded wheels can be flatted back to get the smoothest finish possible before paint is applied. Platinum colours and colours with an effect over the top may have different limits, and some corrosion or surface history can still affect the final result.
Diamond cut wheels
Manufacturers only make wheels with a certain amount of usable surface metal. If corrosion or damage means we need to cut deeper, the metal underneath may show dots or chattering marks that cannot be corrected by us.
TPMS sensors
Tyre pressure monitoring sensors are removed before tyres are removed so we do not cause damage. Their exact state and condition may not be visible before this stage.
Issues found during work
If we notice any relevant issues before refurbishment starts or during the process, we will tell you to the best of our ability as soon as reasonably possible.
Refurbished means refurbished
We take care with every wheel, but refurbishment is not the same as supplying a brand new wheel from a box.
Care and workmanship
We take the utmost care with our wheel refurbishments and customer service, but some things can be outside our control because of the wheel condition, hidden damage, corrosion, or previous work.

Warranty summary.

The warranty page has the fuller details, but these are the key points customers should understand before booking.

  • Powder coated refurbishments include 12 months cover against corrosion or flaking of our materials.
  • Diamond cut refurbishments include 6 months cover against corrosion or flaking of our materials.
  • Crack repairs and straightening are repair work, have no warranty, and we always recommend replacing the wheel where possible.

Repair advice.

Crack repairs and straightening can help get a wheel usable again in suitable cases, but they are repair work and are not covered by warranty. A replacement wheel is always the recommended long-term option where possible.
